01 Project Overview
Coastal E&I package covering substation works, field instrumentation and plant-wide cabling for a Reliance facility under L&T scope.
02 Scope of Work
- Substation equipment erection (transformers, switchgear)
- Earthing and lightning protection network
- Instrumentation tubing, impulse lines and air headers
- DCS/PLC marshalling cabinet installation
03 Key Responsibilities
- Site engineering and execution as per IFC drawings
- Quality assurance documentation (ITP, FQP)
- Coordination with civil and mechanical agencies
04 Safety Measures
- PTW with electrical isolation lockout/tagout
- Cyclone-season site readiness drills
