01 Project Overview

Comprehensive electrical & instrumentation works alongside the IVAL tank package at IOCL Panipat refinery, executed as an L&T sub-contract.

02 Scope of Work

  • Cable tray fabrication, erection and routing
  • LV/HV cable laying, glanding and termination
  • Field instrument hook-up (transmitters, control valves, RTDs)
  • JB / LCP / MCC installation and looping
  • IVAL tank piping and structural support
  • Installation of instrument panels, electrical panels, transformers, high mast lighting, and all types of industrial lighting works.

03 Key Responsibilities

  • Engineering deliverables review and as-built updates
  • Daily progress reporting to L&T site team
  • Material reconciliation and stores coordination
  • Sub-vendor management for specialized erection

04 Safety Measures

  • Daily Toolbox Talks and Permit-to-Work compliance
  • Weekly HSE walks with client and L&T HSE
  • PPE matrix enforced; height & confined-space training
